This JDM Truck, a first generation Toyota Tacoma in Japan, is on slammed in a set of Watanabe Wheels. Being this low, this Toyota Tacoma looks to be bagged. The Watanabe wheels tuck really deep in to the wheel wells, giving this truck a low stance. Behind the front grill appears to sit a large intercooler so it’s probably safe to assume this truck is Turbo. – JDM Truck: JDM Toyota Tacoma on Watanabe Wheels

Often confused with the Super Fin, the SSR EX-C Fin was a higher end luxury wheel when they came out. Today they are most popular with the honda tuner crowd. This Toyota Crown wears them as intended.Toyota Crown on SSR EX-C FinsFront SSR EX-C Fin, Nice Lip!Rear SSR EX-C Fin, Nicer Lip!
This Mazda Miata with Pit Crew Racing Kit on BBS RM Seems to be “The Talk” of the Wekfest Car Show in San Francisco last month. The Pit Crew Racing Kit is very rare, and quite pricey too; not too many examples have made it to the states. While BBS RS’s are very popular these days, this Miata is rolling on their 2 piece cousins the BBS RM. The hard top and Exhaust systems are also notable on this car.Profile Shot Sans Front Lip, The Front and Rear of this Car are Reworked Giving it a Different Shape of the Typical MiataRolling with the lights on, Looks like a UFOThe BBS RM Wheels are Pretty Wide and Sit Nice on this Mazda MiataRear View, the Rear Window is Pretty Interesting and the BBS RM Wheels Poke Out Quite a Bit.

This Toyota MR2 Turbo reminds me of a time where people used to try to fit the widest wheels under their fenders instead of todays stretched tire trend. Rear wheel is 11 inches wide wrapped in a majorly FAT 315/35/17 tire… talk about tread! – Toyota MR2 Turbo SW20 on Kinesis K10
“Like riding on rail road tracks… Wheels run about $750 apiece, tires are $100 apiece if purchasing Sumitomo HTRZ. $350 for Goodyear Eagle F1s. Both wear the same.”

A friend and I were having a conversation on the Toyota Corolla AE86′s and started looking for the best examples. The first 86 to come to mind was this one I saw on Club4AG. The owner did a full build on it, and surprisingly it is actually an SR5 model. The owner also has had myriad of wheels for it; SSR MKII, SSR MKIII, 2 sets of Volk Racing TE37, and Weds Sport MA86. I personally think the MKII’s give it that best old school look.
Another shot with the AE86 on SSR MKII
SSR MKII, Looks so nice all by itself

AE86 on SSR MKIII, Lip looks healthy on the rear on this shot.
