Toyota MR2 Turbo SW20 on Kinesis K10’s Running 315’s – MEATY!

Toyota MR2 Turbo SW20 on Kinesis K10
This Toyota MR2 Turbo reminds me of a time where people used to try to fit the widest wheels under their fenders instead of todays stretched tire trend. Rear wheel is 11 inches wide wrapped in a majorly FAT 315/35/17 tire… talk about tread! – Toyota MR2 Turbo SW20 on Kinesis K10

“Like riding on rail road tracks… Wheels run about $750 apiece, tires are $100 apiece if purchasing Sumitomo HTRZ. $350 for Goodyear Eagle F1s. Both wear the same.”

Toyota Corolla AE86 on SSR MKII & SSR MKIII & More

Toyota Corolla AE86 on SSR MKII
A friend and I were having a conversation on the Toyota Corolla AE86′s and started looking for the best examples. The first 86 to come to mind was this one I saw on Club4AG. The owner did a full build on it, and surprisingly it is actually an SR5 model. The owner also has had myriad of wheels for it; SSR MKII, SSR MKIII, 2 sets of Volk Racing TE37, and Weds Sport MA86. I personally think the MKII’s give it that best old school look.

JDM Truck – JDM Toyota Tacoma Slammed on 17×10 5zigen FN01RC

JDM Toyota Tacoma Slammed on 5zigen FN01RC

This JDM styled Toyota Tacoma is brought to us all the way from Hawaii. In fact the 808 state is really heating it up with the
JDM Styled Mini Trucks. The stance of this truck is currently static with the usual springs, bj flip, blocks and removed leaf.
Kicks are Japanese 5Zigen FN01rc wrapped in 205/40/17 brought out to the fenders with 25mm spacers. I really like the
stance on this dropped Toyota Tacoma!

“The fronts got 3 inch chassis techs with 1 coil cut. Bj flip and a 1 inch spindle spacer. The rears got middle removed, redrilled
hangers, 5 inch blocks and step notch. Lookin at around 8-9 up front and 10-11 in back.Sittin on 17×10 fn01 rc rims +15”

CST Demon Camber Wheels on a Stanced JDM AE100 Toyota Corolla

CST Demon Camber JDM AE100 Toyota Corolla

This model Toyota Corolla is not the most popular model for modifying, yet alone to be stanced. This
Toyota Corolla was caught outside the Fuji Speedway at the HellaFlush Japan Event. It appears to be
wearing 15″ CST Demon Camber wheels; I believe they only came in 15″ and 16″, and I don’t think
16″ Demon Cambers came with multi lug.

Toyota Supra MA61 on Watanabe R-Type Wheels

MA61 2nd Generation Supra on Watanabe Type R
Pictures of this Austrailian MA61 Supra have been floating over the internet for a while now. It has a clean and simple look to it;
clean lines, low stance, and some nice and wide Watanabe Type R’s. The best part of this Supra is that it actually gets driven; in the twisties and on the track. – Toyota Supra MA61 on Watanabe R-Type Wheels

JDM Truck – Modtaco's Toyota Tacoma on Work Meister S1

I have a huge fetish for minitrucks on fresh JDM wheels. This supreme 2001 Toyota Tacoma fills that fetish for me and belongs
to internet user Modtaco. Unique to this truck are the 4″ flares on the rear filled with some really deep 11.5″ wide Work Meisters,
and a custom bag setup that currently pancakes the rear but also brings don the front nicely. The front features 4wd fenders
that house 10″ wide Meisters.  The truck is still a work in progress, but it looks really hot as is. – JDM Truck: Toyota Tacoma on Work Meister S1

JDM Truck: Toyota Tacoma on Work Meister S1

“Here's mine. It's a 2001 tacoma with 18×10 & 18×11.5 WORK Meister wheels, custom disk brakes, widebodied,
fully built engine with standalone management and a GT35R turbo, 3″ side exit exhaust, JDM ITR seats…”
– modtaco

Wide stance on the front

While Taco Supreme looks really aggressive, it also packs a punch with a GT35R pushing the 325hp out of the stock 2.4.

Readers Rides section of Minitruckin Magazine September, 2009. The following quote is really impressive to me:

“…the 18×9 and 18×11 Work Wheels that evan brought back from Japan as checked luggage.”
– Ben Da Pirate – Minitruckin Magazine

Check out the rear flare, the old rims didnt fill.

“The wheels are 18″ WORK XSA-01T. They are 3 piece and are 9″ wide in front with 245/45/18 rubber and 10″ wide in the rear with 275/40/18.”
