JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody
JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody – All the way in Japan the Minitruck scene is alive and thriving as the Japanese percieve it as popular american culture. Taakuya Takuya from Newtype Japan has sent us these pictures of his pristine King Cab on BBS Impul JDM Wheels.
JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody
BBS Impul are cool JDM Wheels because as the name implies they are from the JDM tuning firm Impul, but manufactured by german Wheel manufacturer BBS. As a matter of fact, after a certain time period, BBS started manufacturing a good number of their performance wheels in Japan, so are these wheels considered JDM Wheels, or Euro Wheels? Either way they are mounted on a D21 Nissan Hardbody sitting on the ground! – JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody

This King Cab sits just right on the 18″ BBS Impul Wheels. Looks like almost one fourth of the wheel is tucked in the fenders. – JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody

JDM Wheels on slammed trucks is a huge fetish for me. Coming from the San Gabriel Valley just west Los Angeles, there has been more JDM inspired trucks than you would really think over the years; as I own one myself. I must say however, the Japanese have been killing it with the particular look in the last few years. – JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody

Takuya’s Hardbody is immaculately clean, the paint is super clean and the body is straight as an arrow. – JDM Truck: BBS IMPUL on D21 Nissan Hardbody

SSR MKII on Nissan Skyline GT-R Kenmeri KGC110
The SSR MKII are Old School JDM Wheels from the 70’s, which makes it a good match for this 1975 Nissan Skyline GT-R Kenmeri KGC110. The SSR MKII on this Kenmeri Skyline are a whopping 9 inches wide on the front, and 11 inches rear. – SSR MKII on Nissan Skyline GT-R Kenmeri KGC110

Side profile view of the KGC110 Nissan Skyline, this car has really beautiful lines; the windshiled and roofline reminds me of an old fighter plane canopy. – SSR MKII on Nissan Skyline GT-R Kenmeri KGC110

EOS Division by SSR Wheels – JDM Wheels

EOS Division by SSR Wheels - JDM Wheels
The EOS Division are 6 spoke JDM Wheels made by Speedstar Racing. The EOS feature 2 piece construction with exposed lug nuts. Sizing on the EOS varied from 16×7 +49 all the way to a wide 17×9.5 +43, however I suspect the 17×9 +19 might have a nicer look. Pictured are the EOS Division on a R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R. Also featured are the 5 spoke “hammer” style EOS-D on a Nissan Gloria.
