The Hayashi Racing Techno-R Fin & Hayashi Techno-R Mesh are Old School JDM Wheels which gave you options. The The Hayashi Racing Techno-R, which is based off the Hayashi Racing 502 Fin, had the 2 way option of using the plastic dust cover style cap or the the BBS Turbofan Style Optional Aero Cover. The Hayashi Techno-R Mesh, which is based off the Hayashi Racing 504 Mesh, also had the plastic dust cover style cap and the BBS Turbofan Style Optional Aero Cover; additionally a faux centerlock style hex cap and lug nut cover. The Sprint Hart Tuner are classic JDM Wheels by Takechi Project that were a big hit in the late 90’s. The Sprint Hart Tuner featured two piece construction with an 8 long spoke face welded to a reverse style barrel for a visually big appearance and lip. The Suzuka Sangyo LONGCHAMP XR-7 jdm wheels are the less popular brother to the Suzuka Sangyo LONGCHAMP XR-4. The main difference of the Suzuka Sangyo LONGCHAMP XR-7 to the LONGCHAMP XR-4 are the awkward looking center caps, also it sees the spokes have a different profile. The SSR Interceptor are popular a option when it comes to old school 6 lug JDM Wheels, which makes them a sold match for this Datsun 520 Pickup. The SSR Interceptor features a classic 6 spoke style which slightly resembles the SSR Longchamp XR-4, but in 6 lug form. Three piece welded construction with sandwich mounted faces keep things together which almost makes the hardware decorational. This Datsun 520 Pickup on was at the Datsun Swap Meet in Eagle Rock, CA.
The Carving Stark I & Carving Stark II are JDM Wheels which are iconic when it comes to directional wheels. The main difference between the 2 wheels are Carving Stark I have thicker spokes with more of a full face for a aero look and the Carving Stark II have thinner spokes which give it more of a modern cooling look. Both Carving Stark I & Carving Stark II feature 3 piece construction and are manufactured by Work Wheels. The Honda NSX-R / Honda NSX Type R is another JDM Super Car that never made it to US Soil. Although we did get the regular NA1 and NA2 Honda NSX models, the JDM Gods again thought we Americans were not worthy of the uncompromised version. This nice example of a NA1 Honda NSX-R looks to be further lightly modified with a set of BBS LM Wheels with gold faces (which are made in Japan, btw) and a MOMO Tuner Steering Wheel.
